Shipping

  • Production

    Every tee is printed-on-demand. Expect 2–5 business days in production before it ships.

  • Transit (US)

    Standard shipping runs 3–7 business days after production.

  • Transit (International)

    10–20 business days, plus any customs/duties owed at delivery.

  • Tracking

    You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves the press.

Returns

All sales are final.

Because every order is printed-on-demand specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and shipping address before checking out.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item, that's on us. Email team@tobythedoby.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package stalled or marked delivered but it never showed, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to track it down or reship.
